POLICY STATEMENT FOR USE OF FACILITIES
2012 Rates:
Church Groups:
$4 per person/meal
Other Groups:
$6 per person/meal
Minimum Rate:
$250 per day
Children under six years of age are free
EMBC will bill guest groups based on the plate counts of each day. We
will bill you per meal as this gives you the most options to plan your events
(schedule permitting).
Charges for electrical hookups for camper trailers and motor homes:
$3.00 per day without air conditioning
$6.00 per day with air conditioning
The guest group leader shall provide an accurate attendees list to the Camp Manager at the time of departure for the camp records.
Approximately five EMBC staff members may eat meals with you. DO NO T record these on your plate count.
2010 Change: Upon arrival the guest group representative must initial and sign the Procedures Liability Waiver form.
Upon arrival you must meet with the camp manager and go through who will be in charge of recretational activities.
It is helpful if this person is arranged ahead of time and arrives promptly with or before the main group of guests.
